The focus will be on developing models to forecast flexibility from B2B clients and optimize their production process to provide grid services. B2B costumers have a main driver: ensure they can deliver what their costumers require. Therefore, are usually not favorable to explore the flexible potential of their production processes. The focus would be on selecting a specific B2B segment, develop forecasting methods to assess their flexibility potential and optimize their production process to not only comply with the existing operational constraints, but also to be able to provide grid services (and be remunerated by that).
